By being a runner here in Nashville, TN, there are an endless amount of trails. Whether you are an experienced runner or someone that just likes to jog, there are trails for you. One of the most popular running trails in Nashville isĀ Percy Warner Park. It is also sometimes referred to as Vaughns Gap.
At Percy Warner you will find dozens of different trails to choose from. Some of the most popular are Yellow Trail, Candy Cane Trail and Blue Trail. These are just a few of the many you can find.
Trail running is always refreshing and beautiful. Many times, though, in the fall and winter it becomes more difficult to run here. As the leaves fall it makes it more challenging to see rocks or holes that you may trip over. In the winter it is difficult as well because of the snow. Running here in the spring and summer is the most beautiful. The trails are perfectly shaded, and the footing is usually smooth.
Because of the amount of trails and roads, it is very easy to get lost. Throughout the park, signs show you how to get back to the main area of the park.
Have you ever run at Percy Warner Park?

I have never run at Percy Warner Park because I’m not much of a runner, but the trail sounds beautiful, and I would love to at least see it sometime!
